hello everybody , i am kind of new here!
i was wondering if anyone can help me ! i need help with a timer in a java online game, it is the following:
it is a memory game where you need to find the same cards ( 20 in total) the
timer is starts to run when you turn the first card! i have downloaded cheat engine 6.4 and i have seen there is a timer hack, but i have tried many things, but nothing works! i have openend the game in google chrome, and loaded it, yet notting happens when i try to hack the timer, can anyone help me? or is there somewhere a movie or some kind!

Online games don't often work because the variables are stored server-side.
The server just sends a value showing that you have XX time left to use as a display.

Otherwise, times are often stored as floats or doubles with a value of total seconds.

If the game shows 1 minute, 4 seconds, search for values between 63 and 65.

If you're able to find it, yes.

A simple test would be to activate Cheat Engine's built-in Speed Hack (on right side).

Set the game speed to 0.0 to freeze it completely for a couple seconds.

Then set it back to 1.0 to resume normal speed.

If the timer instantly jumps to cover the amount of seconds it was frozen, then the value is stored server-side.

And you're SOL.

It sounds like you really have no idea how to use Cheat Engine to begin with. I'd recommend you start with the tutorial program that comes with Cheat Engine to help get you started.
