I'm trying to hack Watch dogs i found the value and then find out what write to this address , the debugger opens without problem but when i'm trying to increase or decrease the value , the game is closing ! what the problem ?

You're trying to modify something that isn't allowed to be modified by default (using external tools) and you're wondering why the game crashes?

I mainly use Cheat Engine to gather data/statistics, but it is common sense that the application you're playing with might crash if you start changing values you aren't supposed to.

I'm no expert, but in my humble opinion, I think the game crashes because the value you input isn't well digested by the functions that are using it, or it might just have a protection mechanism which makes the application end if values are changed when they're not supposed to.

if you're not using the VEH debugger, try that. It's in settings->debugger

Try activating it before doing any debugging, like right after you start Cheat Engine.
