Cheat Engine

hello, so im building a cheat table for a game. the game is always the same, with the exception of the ip it connects to, so the name of the .exe will change often. right now i have to go to each address and change it from game1.exe to game2.exe, and do this for each and every address for it to work.

is there a good way to get it to just apply whatever cheatengine is attached to? or maybe some getclientname, or some better solution than renaming it every time?

attached is a screenshot of where i would change the "gamename.exe+12345" to "gamename2+12345".

also attached is the table with a few addresses that fall into this problem
