From protecting my trainers, I wanted to know if there is a way to view the source of a protected .CETRAINER. Is this possible, if so how?

It is possible and not that difficult. Professionals and medium-power users can do that with ease.

All the information you need to undo what CE does to create a .CETRAINER or .exe trainer file can be found within CE's source code. Just reverse the process of whats done when creating the files and you will have the original table before it was "protected".

I'm not too familiar with Cheat Engine in respect to its source as mentioned. My hacking involves just decompiling a flash game, editing and generating a new code which I protect in a trainer, so as you can see I just use Cheat Engine for that purpose instead of running the .swf with a web debugger all the time. I am increasing my knowledge of Cheat Engine and Lua Programming (I'm a fair JAVA programmer) and would just wanted to find a way of unprotecting a protected .CETRAINER.


It doesn't seem much as CE translates it back to its original code, but I am not too familiar on how to go around doing so. Rolling Eyes
