How do I cheat?

So i'm trying to pointer for heat in the game The Escapists. I have the current address, I've gotten what writes to it.. but once I look for the hex I get no results.. any ideas?

It's not letting me upload an image to help explain better, sorry >.<

look at the disassembler code and see if you can figure out how the register got that value. Perhaps there is an add reg,xxx a bit before it

And try finding what accesses it

Or try the automated pointerscan

you got it, instead of using "Find out what writes to this address" I used "Find out what accesses this address" like you said! Thanks ^-^
