Hi all, hope I can find here some help on my problem.

I am using win7 ultimate , router Asus dsl n-10e , bluestacks android 4.4.2 API : 19 rooted

My android local ip is 192.168.1.6 I can ping this local machine with no problems but I can not connect true Telnet or Cheat engine.

I am running ceserver with Terminal editor inside the android .

i'm not sure if bluestacks emulates listen ports

but try this:
on the windows side , where adb resides(you may need to get it first)
run
Code:

adb forward tcp:52736 tcp:52736

and then connect to localhost on port 52736

I'm not sure it'll work though. Last time I tried bluestacks it hadn't properly emulated the ptrace api which ceserver makes use of
