grandma has cancer, aunt and uncle both, cancer, mom, might have cancer.

fuck this shit, Im getting pretty irked about this so I decided to stop smoking cigs.

how long have you stayd not smoking before (if you have quit) and what methods did you use to not get really fucking angry at every little thing?

i swear not doing opiates is easier than this bullshit

I've stayed not smoking for 21 years. To not get angry at everything you just need an outlet. Find a hobby (I draw). Play video games. Just find something that makes you happy and focus on it. You could even masturbate furiously every time you get ticked off.

Being straight-edge is nicer than you might think.

hitting my ecig as i type this. 12mg nic, I think its a nice balance between less throat hit and more headrush. also i can do smoke tricks for hours on end, cant do that shit wiht 36mg u'l just puke

used to think quitting was ez, but ive developed a habit with it and its hard to stop
i guess having an ecig helps even if no-nic since for me, its just the act of smoking
but for you, get an ecig and some nic eliquid and even though it barely does SHIT, just try to depend on it rather than cigarettes and slowly cut nic until you're at no nic and dont need to smoke anymore
i need to quit too since my breathing is getting fucked and i actually sweat at the gym now after like fucking SQUATS bro, fucking sad times

i only smoke 3 cigarettes a day, 4 times a week. none on fri sat sun unless special occasion (concerts, drinking). so keep tolerance low and not become "Addicted" in the traditional sense

apparently e-cigs are perfect for stopping smoking. you get your nicotine, and the action of smoking, but its safer as far as we know

i dont have an addictive personality so idk

The only way I find for me to actually quit something is to stop. Cutting back, weaning off, suplementing with other drugs, doesn't work for me.

I mean, maybe the smoking cesation effect of welbutrin is working.

So far I get a craving like once an hour every hour and think about it very frequently, still no cigs. no noticble difference in mood yet, i suspect i will get grumpy soon enough though

every hour i think about smoking a cig

i used to smoke 2 packs, then cut down to 1 then cut down to like a half pack a day

i stopd smoking the day at about 10 cigarettes a day, this is on average btw, sometimes i would smoke a full pack some days not have the oppurtunity to smoke at all (no fucking money)

but yeah as of recent it was like 5-10 cigs a day

what slowd me down was finance and the cigarettes i was buying tasted like shit
