my OS is win 8.1. I am trying to use CE on the game "The Promised Land"

the game runs perfectly before i open CE 6.6, then i open the CE then all the graphics flash / jump it is very annoying

The game doesn't look like it can be using anticheat. Maybe it has a problem with being out of focus?
