is there any way to make hack that when i play on career mode and simulate games it will win every game that i simulate?

Well yes of course there is a way. Depends on your skill level and how much you can dissect the engine and make sense of it to achieve the results you want i.e your skills with assembly and debuggers.

The winning could simply be a flag that you can find with memory searching or something complex. I wish i could help more but i have never done anything like this or even play any sports games.

It actually has a lua script engine so it's not that easy.
Any sort of virtualised environment is hard to hack because at asm level you only see machine codes not the virtual machine's codes.
