I've recently been poking at Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis(GBA game) with CE, and I haven't had *any* luck in finding the address for various consumable items, like stat boosters.

The best I've been able to use for finding such an address is to make use of a save, use the item, search for the new value, load up, and repeat... but this hasn't turned up anything yet o_o At best, I find 5 addresses that seem related, but altering them doesn't do anything, nor does freezing them.

In particular, I am after the addresses for the stat boosting items. I've been using the 4 byte option.

If anyone has anything that might help me with this matter, I'd love to know :D

When you are dealing with emulators and old games, you need to consider that the value may be stored on 1 or 2 bytes only. If the value is lower than 255, try 1 byte search. If it's higher than 255, but lower than 65K, then try 2 bytes.
