Cheat Engine

For some reason, when I logged into the game to play the new DLC (after a little putzing about on the trainer), I came back to see like hundreds of stacks of 99 Monastery Charms. If I try to discard or leave them, the game asks how many I wan't to discard (like 47,000 something).It's not one 47,000+ Charms in one stack, it's like hundreds of stacks of 99. Screenshot at the bottom. If I try to drop that many or any amount, they just grey out and I can't interact with them anymore. Nor can I sell them to Havlan. The only thing I can do is use them but I don't want to sit there and use 47k Monastery Charms. And who knows, they might just come back... It's been making going through my inventory a nightmare, to say the least. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
