1.- Go to andy21.c(deleteme)om/ip/
and copy you IP, restart your conection and check if changed

If ip changed step 1 completed
if not changed you need buy a good vpn or call your internet company to change ip

2.- Format your computer
if you no format computer use other computer

3.- Download this: dropbox.c(deleteme)om/s/afhphfnljfx0q3i/Unban.rar?dl=1
open Execute! and continue steps
open TMAC and change all mac address to random address
close TMAC completly
(If you have other computer not is necesary)

4.- Register new account

If you complete this steps you sucessfully unbanned
else you continue banned
