I'm trying to figure out how to build a script that will let me change certain parameters in Dark Souls 2 IE using the estus flask 25% faster or speeding up the loading screen.

Can someone point me in the right direction so I can learn for myself how to build this?

I have no idea where to look to get started. I see the tutorials section. But for what I'm trying to learn I don't know which one to use, or even if there's a basic script already that I can dissect.
