oh man dont get me wrong, when I lived in T.O, there was crackheads tweakers junkies and winos galore, Ive been invited to columbia by an apparent cartel member, fucking smokes tokes on the subway with a random raver, this black lady in a hospital gown was preaching jesus on thee bus this one time, the next day i swear to fuck, I seen her in the psych ward the next day visiting my grandma, and I shit you not, I asked the nurses wtf, and they said she had "managed to escape", she was real fucky though.

my psychology 101 teacher used to run the psychiatric facility near where I live, and he said that it stopped being funded or something, and that in general people with mental illness and related facilities etc were going to be getting less money and have been for the past few years.
I bought the desk im using right now from a mental health place that was shutting down or something. was only $2 and some retard helped us take it to our van

for some reason I use the word retard for people that actually have mental illnesses or whatever, like what it actually used to mean. if I said dirty scum nigga id be saying that sarcastically, and the word retard is better to explain the person than something like "mentally disabled" or whatever that could be vague.
he was a big dude that talked weird and was slow, like the actual definition of a retard

must be a major inconvenience for people that cant afford a car. for example a young person working two jobs to pay for their college education having no extra cash on the side for the LUXURY of owning a car.
not fun riding your bike everywhere and in the real world mommy and daddy dont drive thir kids or buy them a car when they turn 16

have uber over here too, but the bus is cheaper. summer bus pass for 3 months for youth (18 and under but i still use it) is cheaper than 2 months youth pass. it's like $3/day for unlimited travel and i use the bus daily. uber is nice though too. i also will buy bus passes for people with disability and it's really cheap for a month.

most people drive here so i guess they dont really give a shit about public transportation costs for students. the buses typically dont have many students on, usually just poor blacks and mexicans
