Cheat Engine

I tried pointer scanning and it is simply not working
I was using the 64-bit version, and every time I tried to pointer scan, it gives me an error. So I started using the 32 bit version - I thought 32 bit games right? - and I found the value I want, and it starts scanning, after 2 or 3 seconds, it shows up with a blank list. I am using very simple games like Plants vs Zombies and Learn to fly 2, and for both of them, its been blank, any ideas?

If its a flash game you posted at the wrong topic.
If its a normal game so make sure when you do the
- New Scan
- First Scan
- Next scan
- Next
- Next
- Next.....

Make sure that you willl get only one address every time you input another one.

Also there is the AOB (Array Of Bytes) "way" , you will have the static address, like if you find the pointer but for me its easier.

anyway... try just completing by yourself Step 6 and espacially Step 8 in CE tutorial

I already know that, not that bad
But I did all that and still got nothing, it all works if I changed the value, but pointer scans still comes up with nothing.

Edit: Reinstalled cheat engine, and then restarted the computer, and it works now I wonder why it didn't work the first time.

Ok I take what I said back, because it stopped working again, I followed a Cheat engine tutorial on how to pointer scan, and did every step, and it still shows up with nothing, I have no idea why it worked last time...
