hmm kinda confusing how to get to the base address
like i know if it was - mov [rdi+123],eax i just remove 123 and i have the base address so i can target other values with their offsets
but this one is some what tricky for me anyway

movss [r10+rdi*4],xmm6

i want to check if the offset 1C is = 100 then do action if not jump over

Appreciate any sort of help Very Happy

Probably

cmp [r10+1C],(int)100
jne exit
movss [r10+rdi*4],xmm6

(or (float)100, because I guess your value is float)
