I have like 5 premium accounts, is it still possible to idle for drops? I read they patched it somehow, any way around it?

You can use the console to move forward and shoot, just pick scout with the boston basher and kill yourself while running forward.

Aren't there some servers with conveyor belts that kill you automatically?

you use console to connect to an idler server with cmd or something
idler for +1000 hours here
