Went to the doctor 3 times about a week apart while on YECA, my at rest heart rate was 110-115bpm each time.

When I was a kid my resting heart rate was 200bpm
110-115 is normal for me now

Was thin as a kid
Had fucked heart because of birth complications
Did get fat in my teens but I dropped that weight
