Yeah, thanks but no thanks. Not to mention if you play a game, I can't play it.. It's just, too many inconveniences and I honestly don't trust CEF enough.

they changed a lot of shit
owner of game gets control if u want to play a game you own it kicks the other person off after a minute (u start instantly)
yes hacking could be an issue that's why u only do it with trusted members

Rarely sign on to steam except for occasional TF2 or CSS. Could care less about cheating in games. Account created in 09.

It has always been online, the in-home streaming beta is the same wifi thing you're thinking of.
Also you should be able to link 10 computers and/or 5 different steam users.
At least that's how the beta has been since... like September (and what my account has connected)...
