i feel suicidal almost everyday
but instead of just crying and making it worse I try to do something about it
so far, im doing 3km uphill bikerides every 2 days, helps a lot with my attention
and i try going out everyday regardless, i been diagnosed with bpd+adhd
i suggest you people do the same

I learned to love myself more. Put myself on top of others. Because if Im too busy satisfying other people, being a people pleaser, I never have enough time to satisfy myself. If I spend too much time trying to copy other people, I never get chance to be the best that I can be. I learned that I know more about people than I knew more about myself. So once I started focusing on myself and what I wanted and becoming who I want to be, people started investing more time in me. Because people like investing their time on interesting people not copycats. I think people in this forum who are suicidal/depressed is because they have nothing going on or they want to be appreciated. I don't know you all personally, but thats just what I see, because most of you are boring as fuck.
