How do you use AOB to do advanced hacking for things like spawning items in sandbox games, decreasing the price for items in games where you buy things without altering YOUR own money in any way, increasing backpack space for games like State Of Decay?

AoB scans are just a convenient way to find a line of code without putting in the address for the code. This is only useful when the location of the code changes (on an update, some flash stuff). Finding the right function and knowing what to do with it is up to you and your ability to learn the basics of x86 asm.
