What is the part behind the "+" called, in a static address?
For example: "Program.exe"+07ADC0F4
What is the official term for "07ADC0F4" in this case?
Is it the baseaddress? Or is it called baseoffset? Or maybe moduleoffset?

I call it "the plusthingy"

The important thing is that you need to look up the base address of program.exe and add the given plusthingy to it

moduleoffset is valid too. (base address is usually the modulename and the plusthingy combined)
