Hi,
First, I'm French so, please forgive me (but correct me) if I make some English mistakes

The problem described in subject appeared after a registry clean. So I suppose that one or several keys were deleted. But, even after a reinstallation the problem remains.
Do you have any idea ?

It looks like you installed a new shell extension or broke one which now bugs out when a shell dialog is opened.
Try running the 32-bit ce version or fix/remove the buggy shell extension.
Daemon tools for example is known to interfere

it seems to be caused by ccleaner shell extension thx again for the clue. 64 bits works now
