Well yea anyone know how to start off scanning or finding the value to look at cards? I just ran out of ideas on how to start off scanning for something that I don't know how to feed off from.

For example would be looking at your opponents cards...

I'm a noob so i don't know much, but I think that the game should first has to have that function where you can look at others card first (like the game Governor of Poker in its tutorial)

but maybe you can try to make the game read that you are looking at your own cards, when you are actually looking at others' cards. Though I don't know how to do this, and it is quite complicated because the game might think that only one player is playing all the cards....

I think the first step would be finding your own cards. Once your cards are found, the npc cards should be stored in a similar fasion. Then just do a little bit of research into what value is for what card and then make a little lua script to tell you. I can think of two ways that cards might be stored. Either as a single byte or 2 bytes. Where if a single byte 0-52 would represent its own card while the 2 byte system could do 0-13 for the cad value and the second byte being 0-4 depending on the suite of the card. All depends on how they programmed it.

The lua aspect of it would just make a basic form that outputs the card. so you dont have to think about what id is what all the time. May i ask what game this is for?

There is a good chance that the function which generates your hand is also generating the NPC hands. If you set a breakpoint on that function you'll probably see a pointer to the structure for your hand in there. Run to the breakpoint a few times and that pointer will change, and you will know the location of the structure for the NPC hand.
