How do I cheat?

In Strong Hold 2 there is a button on a menu that is disabled. There also is a menu on Kingmaker that is exactly the same and it is enabled. I would like to figure out how to enable/disable the buttons.

Playing with AI in a game has nothing to do with online so I don't understand
why my topic got locked and also the button is in a single player menu. There must have been some misunderstanding with the wording of my post so it
is clear now.
