thanks, your first reply did it for me, i started thinking "wot i do wrong?!?!?!", then i remembered about how there's two types of narcissism
guess i was building this "ever1 is evil" way of thinking, i didnt want to hang around anyone because i really disliked extroverted people

| You're setting yourself up for failure. Short term goals are necessary or you never get any gratification for working hard. Use short term goals to reward yourself for being on a path to succeeding. What I do is I set short term goals that relate to long term ones, thus I can actually see progress and won't lose hope. I'm an aspiring psychiatrist so I actually genuinely have sympathy and empathy for people I don't even know because I've been through a lot and I know everyone has their own struggles, and I can put myself in their shoes and know I would have wanted someone to be there for me.
