Considering they were in the center of it all it's only natural they'd want to prevent something similar to happen again. A single thought can evolve into a collective blindness and suddenly the holocaust didn't happen. They obviously want to prevent that in every way possible.

I had a foreign exchange student from germany in 12th grade, she said that you would get in trouble for mentioning the holocaust or hitler. One of the kids made a joke about hitler and she seriousd. _________________
