How to find a memory address after the address has changed due to an update?
Total noob here, so explanation would be good.

If you game has been updated and your addresses doesn't work anymore then the address has changed and you need to create a new trainer.

Sometimes if you find one of them and compare it's difference with the old one then you can get all of them by adding that difference to the old value.
This depend on game and your designed trainer which mostly won't work for your case.

If you go under your start menu and go to the cheat engine folder, there is a tutorial there you can start, there are also video tutorials on Youtube on how to use Cheat Engine.
