hey guys let's say i have a multi-level pointer like this
is there a way to create another pointer (for example item 2 ) which address is item 1's address + 4 (0E63B68C in this case ) without scanning the whole thing again ? item 2's address will always be item 1's address +4

Try it out. This depend on how your game is designed and programmed.
You can check this by finding the second item and compare space between them.
Item1 @ 0x100
Item2 @ 0x120
So the item size is 0x20 which is the magic number. Add this into Item2 address to get Item3.

1-click on "item1"'s line
2-press ctrl+C, then ctrl+V, that should duplicate item1's line
3-right click on one of the item1->change record->address
4-add 4 to the value in the box immediately under "☑ pointer" (the topmost offset). The arrows around each offset automatically add/subtract 4 to the corresponding offset.

Forget it. I misunderstood your question because missed "item 2's address will always be item 1's address +4"
I couldn't imagine your question to be that easy
