It is assumed that when a program is loaded into memory, has two types of addresses, static and dynamic, I know that there are pointers, who obviously point to these dynamic addresses in order to access them.
The point of my question is: there will always be a pointer for each dynamic address loaded into memory?
I ask this because some time ago, I was trying to cheat a game, and the game had a value that was loaded temporarily and randomly (in a dynamic address obviously), but I could never find his pointer, however, I still think, that address must have a pointer, with which it can be located to be used in the game.
So, am I right? Do all dynamic addresses have one (or more) pointer?...
Thanks in advance.

Yes, the game always needs a way to find the value. Of course, it's not always as easy. Sometimes the variable is inside a linked list and only the first element of the linked list is pointed to by a pointer
Also, sometimes the stack is used to store a base pointer. Which is "semi"-static the lower you go. Next ce version will be able to reference stack addresses as a base
