I'm not being sarcastic, he is op.
His q adds damage to his autoattack based on how much mana he has left, and guess what, he has unlimited mana.
He has a complete disable that he can use to gank or escape, and every time he uses it he steals intelligence, gaining mana and damage.
His ult is an aoe nuke that does considerable damage to strength and agility heroes, and less damage to intelligence heros with equal or more intelligence to him, but it will wipe out 75% of their mana, making them a useless squishy punching bag.
I literally did not have to work with my team at any point in the game; after outplaying my mid opponent for the first 3 kills I was fed enough to sneak up and destroy everyone in the side lanes, after about 5 kills the game was over, no if ands or butts.
When I play tomorrow I will pick him again and win a few more times just to show how op he is.

OD isn't OP.
He's a classic glass cannon with his only escape being that you cast astral imprisonment on them and try and run away. You were playing against bads. If anyone of them build a BKB (which they couldnt because their CS is shit) they could have fought back.
But seriously, their team is unbelievably bad. 4 carries, 0 cs.

Ice is a god at balancing. Cryoma just played one insane game with a hero and now thinks it's OP. There's a reason OD is never played competitively.
