Any idea as to which one you might have?

Can you boot into Safe Mode or Safe Mode w/Networking?

Download and run MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and choose the free trial of Pro and let it do an in-depth scan. The other option I would recommend is trying Kaspersky's boot scanner to scan the entire system before everything gets loaded up.

Combofix is especially good for removing certain fake AVs.
