| I have like a really runny nose this morning along with watery eyes. My trachea also feels dried out or something I'm guessing that's from smoking though. Anyway I'm trying to decide weather to get allergy or cold medicine. I haven't had a cough except for one fit that was 10 coughs long, so I'm leaning towards allergies?

might be allergic to grass go get some cetirizine dihydrochloride if you think you have an allergy. don't do more than 10mg per 24 hours tho.

I just took Benadryl because its what we had already. I also have a slight headache.

If it persists I would recommend Cetirizine Dihydrochloride over Diphenhydramine (what you're doing atm.), cetirizine shouldn't make you AS drowsy as diphenhydramine sometimes does.

I was gonna get coffee lol I only slept 4 hours or so and I'm working 2-10 pm
