test it with another modem/router, if it fails, tell them to go fuck themselves with a fish and then comeback to fix your interweb

I have. I have two routers set up in repeating for my wireless, I've switched both and gotten the same speeds. I've called them before about throttling my internet for no reason and they say they aren't doing it, but if I walk down the road to a friends house who has the same internet plan I get significantly higher internet speeds.

Did you ever think for a second that your main router/modem could be the one with the problem? If so, the router set up as a repeater could be getting shitty speeds because the one broadcasting is fucked up.
Or maybe you're viroos'd.
How do people even get viruses anyways.

Just because your wired speed is pretty much the same doesn't mean the router fine dumbfuck.
