How can i mount a *.CT to a game?

I usually open the GAME.EXE, load the GAME.CT and try to mount this to the game, but it won't work for me, so i'm wondering how i can mount this *.CT file to a game.

Nothing is broken, but i can't use my *.CT file in (Table) a game and can't get it work.

I start a game, use CE to get the cheat and that is no problem.

If i save the *.CT file (table) and want to use this saved file
later in same game, i have trouble to get it work.

Maybe the addresses you have change?
