I was wondering if it's possible to freeze all enemies in the world while still being able to walk around.

A lot of unreal engine games have a mode called "players only." Basically freezes everything in the world except you.

A few games have this in the console, but I would like to be able to do it in Unreal Engine games that have the console taken out.

If anyone has any tips for recreating that effect, I'd love to try it!
