Some faggot (pudge) gets mad at me (riki) for picking off their target (PA/Lina) after they've clearly escaped his slow ass and reports me.
Now I can't join any games for 10 hours.

how is that different from stealing a kill from someone in any other game?
if it was cod and he was shooting at someone, but you put in the last shot and got the points, is that a bannable offense?

horrible analogy because CoD isn't a team based game that relies on kills in order to level up and get currency for items that are also important
oh yeah and people get banned in LoL ranked matches for hitting random, so be happy you were able to enter a game and play it, instead of just getting banned before a match even starts

If you wait to killsteal ALL KILLS so that your team has none and you lose I'll bet you that you can get reported AND punished for it.

Yeah, Pendragon, the Director of Community Relations (LOL, Right? This shit couldn't write itself), banned a guy for random locking in a ranked queue. The idea is that if you're random locking in ranked queue you're deliberately decreasing your teams chances of winning. Partly due to the current metagame and partly because it's very likely that they don't have an understanding of the hero they just random locked.
Anyway, they implemented this eventually, meaning that they disabled random lock in ranked queue. It's fucking annoying having some guy see that we have a solid team and then random locks something either completely terrible or something that they can't play.
It's still funny as shit though, fuckin Pendragon.
