still need to change the icons, and some backgrounds are still white, going to add a universal navbar for the whole site so that's why the header sucks atm.

imo, black backgrounds are terrible for that sort of stuff. No matter how dark you make the text it will either look like shit or be unreadable.
And by black and white, I meant the contrast is bad.
And a dashed border is hard to pull off, I'd stay away from it.

No he didn't. He said it was hard to pull off, like I pointed out in the first place. Hard to pull off means that it'll be hard to make it look good in most situations. Are you fucking trying to be this stupid?
