CE not needed to hack this, first of all, you need to unlock 1 of the heros, then save, quit the game go to C:\program files\red storm\ghost recon (something like that) find "unlockedheros.xml" open it up.

find a folder under ghost recon that shows files with the names of the heros on them, use that file name on the xml. and it should work

NOTE: the hero "astra galinsky" under the xml is "astra galinksy"

i'll put the files up here tonight probably, i'll put some stuff in to show you where to put it
