Kind of reminds me of how shit crazy fuck the akimbo setting is on a razer hydra. Left analog stick controls movement like normal, but horizontal motion of the left control looks left and right, vertical motion of the RIGHT control looks up and down, so it's like split compared to the right control controlling look completely. I'd assume the akimbo setting is akin to playing your games with an etch-a-sketch and have therefor not tried it.
