I feel light headed, numb, and ..weird.
I bit my tongue, felt nothing. I can walk and move, but I have no feeling, like no blood?!?! HELP!
I researched my symptoms and it said half my brain thinks it is still sleeping and is not sending messages.
I was about to sneeze, but it would not come out? ??!!? WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!?

op it's not really a problem, I get sleep paralysis every so often in the mornings but mine is a bit worse; my eyelids won't even open and it takes all my effort to move my fingers but my hearing is fine and sense of being awake... it was scary when it first started but really the only thing to do is go back to sleep so it can stop imo, and it's incredibly easy to fall back asleep in that state
although one time i thought i might die from lack of oxygen when i found myself paralyzed in a very awkward position that made breathing a pretty challenging task

I have never had sleep paralysis but I do wake up with like arms or legs that were asleep or all the blood squeezed out because i slept on the limb, but the worst thing is when you awake with a Charley horse holy fucking shit was the worst awakening ever when I awoke with a Charley Horse.
for those who don't know what a charley horse is...
pubmed health
| Code: | A charley horse is the common name for a muscle spasm, especially in the leg. Muscle spasms can occur in any muscle in the body. When a muscle is in spasm, it contracts without your control and does not relax.
Spasms in the calf often occur while kicking during swimming, and can also occur at night while you're in bed. Upper leg spasms are more common with running or jumping activities. Spasm in the neck (cervical spine) can be a sign of stress.
Symptoms
When a muscle goes into spasm it feels very tight and is sometimes described as a knot. The pain can be severe.

Happens to me every so often. It hurts really bad for a minute or two.
One time it happened I started punching a wall to help deal with the pain, woke up the whole house.

This doesn't sound anything like sleep paralysis. When I was a kid I used to 'wake up', unable to even open my eyes. Scariest thing that ever happened to me.
