| Just played with people who had this stuff, its probably gonna get nerfed. Scouts cleaver kills you real quick. Sapper is really quick, heavy's mini-gun is really powerful.

are the items in the tf2 quake con bundle Genuine quality?
oh yeah and theres some promo items for some game Awesomenauts which is $10, would it be a good investment to preorder it and then just trade the items off later (trying to get 7 keys and get a Strange Caber)

No, the package contains regular ones.
And that really depends on how people want to take it; they look good, but they're not extremely noticeable... you'll probably make a profit if you hold them for a bit after getting them.
