Are there any semi-medical people here who could tell me if my organs might have a higher success rate of being accepted by the new body, due to my blood type (O-)? I have no idea if there is any correlation between the two, but I'd like to know. Reason I'm asking is because I've been curious about this for a while, but now that I'm going to Thailand I'm in doubt about whether or not I should take my donor card with me in case something happens. On the other hand I don't want to be a prominent target for organ harvesting.

I'd assume it would reduce the variety of immunosupressors required for the recipient, although I haven't bothered to do any proper research.

This is on the assumption that multiple immunosupressors are required to supress a response to each antigen.
E.g. those antigens in your blood would not be a problem, because O- has no antigens, while those antigens that make up the HLA complex will still be a problem.

All in all, your blood type would make you a target for harvesting blood alone, if people even do that.

Having the blood type of O- would definitely be beneficial in finding matches since the blood type of the recipient wouldn't have to be taken into consideration, but it, alone, would not make you the #1 target for organ feasting, as you can see from the heavily varying factors underlined above.
