I have 8gb memory card on my android And i can use only 2gb for installing aplications ...is that normal?

Android installs apps to local phone memory, which is probably 2gb in your case.
Go to manage applications and for the ones you installed do "move to sd card".

No, i mean i can only use 2gb on memory card for installing apps (not on Device, on memory card) And memory card have 8gb
