Looks like an asian game ported to english (not to mention the character avatars)

"auto Attack (Off)" Doesn't even fit properly
The fonts are are blocky and boring
Objects are 'dithered' or whatever you call that pixelating effect on 2d objects. I bet you can't even turn the camera

I agree with the rest as well, it's a game from a decade ago

Here is more information - lot of content like when you reach lvl 90 you can rebirth (start all over again, you are 50% stronger and you start with 12 skill points (still can use old character), lot of RTS content like sparing arena where you defend your base alone, defensive war - play with team to defend base (picture above) , battlefield - defend your base And attack emenie base, clone factory defeat enemies in group of quests, lab ...
