my brother, in 7th grade (age 12 for those unfamiliar with american terms, not sure what year's equivalence this is for rest of world), can't solve for x in this:
8x = 14

i was helping him out on his math prep for his final and then this came up, and i'm like "what do you do here?" after going through step by step, and hes like i dont know. i asked how do you get x by its self? "idk".
