Digimon has had like 4 of them so far and Pokemon has a lot of potential.
Not to mention all of the Flash MMO games that mimic Pokemon gameplay and concepts.
Also I'm bringing this up now because I just found my Nintendo DS charger and have been enjoying Pokemon White again. Never got to beat it, but I'ma get that shit done now.

because pokemon is fucking stupid, the entire mmo would be grinding and itd be total shit, if there was an mmo exactly how a pokemon mmo would work youd call it total shit, dont want a game just because of the brand thats on it.
there wouldnt be any fucking end game, youd just grind all your pokemon to 100 and then do pvp, which would be extreme shallow because itd be turn based, itd be super boring |

So what you're saying is, a Pokemon MMO would be like every other MMORPG?
I'm pretty ok with grinding games, can't give any particular reason why though. Guess it's just the excitement in leveling up or finding an item or something.
The Digimon MMO is pretty much nothing but grinding, but it's still pretty damn enjoyable. I don't care for PvP in any MMO though, so I don't really care how shit the PvP would be.
Obviously it wouldn't use the same battle system, because that would be pretty shit for an MMO.

Yeah, 3D. 2D would be meh because there's not as much character variation, everyone would look the same and it would be gross.

I remember battling friends with my pokemon blue and using that cable shit for the gameboy. |

Er there were no servers it was all p2p.
Also I never had friends with pokemon so I never got that experience.
And later on when everyone else near where I lived (not friends, but people) got into it they had gb advance sp with their wifi shit while I still had gbcolor and no p2p cables. |
