It keeps telling me I must wait to change my name yet I haven't edited my name... Is this because of the ' in my name?

I've attached what I'd like my Profile Picture to be changed to if anyone can do it, thank you.

I would guess it's the ' in your name. I think I just saw a topic similar to this.
I'd try changing that, and if that doesn't work, maybe DB can change it. Idk if he does that though.

' causes parse errors in php a lot, so that's probably it.
Just change your name.
