I started it up yesterday was met with 2 quick beeps, a long pause then another short beep. I think it mentioned something phoenix related.
System restored, everything seemed sorted.
Later that night, playing LOL, Massive graphical issues (Tearing, skills being displayed all over the screen) LOL closes with bug splat error report thing.
Turn off for the night. Go to turn it on this morning no beeps, monitor has flashes of white/blue especially around the edges. making popping sounds and colour on on button (monitor) switches between green, orange and off. Fans seem to start fine
I'm assuming its an issue with the graphics card but I'm not sure. Any suggestions on what the issue could be?

your mobo's manual will tell you what the beeps meant
the graphical issues might have been from system restoring and using incorrect drivers
no idea that last one bro, any more details?

I did update my drivers after system restoring (Updated them all) only one to need to download anything was the graphics card.
Not quite sure how to explain the last one. The flashing and popping seem to stop when I turn on the computer but no display and both the PC and monitor will not turn off (I have to unplug to turn them off).

But I moved the PC around a lot so stuff would jiggle loose and whatnot, which is why that fixed the problems.

Maybe this will help. I would certainly check the beeps, they could be of valuable information.
Not that those freaking beeps helped me when my motherboard decided to burn down on me, but still.

2-_-_ Any combo of beeps after two means that some of your memory is bad, and unless you want to get real technical, you should probably have the guys in the lab coats test the memory for you. Take it to the shop.
memtets86 that shit, yo.
