The earth is getting warmer cause we are getting closer to the sun and the moon is getting further away which affects our oceans somehow.

Who cares about what happened before? There's no denying that humans ARE having a negative effect on the atmosphere, which is a problem that we should solve. Global warming IS real, whether we are the cause or not. Might as well try to fix things... there's really no harm in using more efficient energy sources.

Global warming is as much a theory as evolution is.
It doesn't matter if the world also goes through phases of heating or cooling.
The fact that we're going to have one, and are contributing towards it, means we have to do something against it.

Just because we're not doing it, doesn't mean we shouldn't protect ourselves from it.
